Ignorance of your service agents on the chat.

was chatting to Anshree on your app chat and she ignored me a few times, for 10 min asked her if she is still there and she ignored me. All i want to know is why can we chat to your agents and they are not able to assist on the chat. i took screen prints of our chats and im am appauled at your service. Your chats should allow your customers to send screenprints but i need to a branch.
