If you want service, avoid Ned blank

An unauthorised *****ulent debit order was initiated at Nedbank, and over a period of about 3 months the account (dormant since two previous thefts) was cleaned out. Nedbank seems to have washed their hands off the matter (my impression after dealing with several minions in the bank and on the phone)....they do not deal with third parties !! I was not asked if the dubious "company name", NPMTHEASYLSERAFIN, was kosher. AND I was not alerted to monies going out of the account, twice per month, as is the norm. I should like all of the ****** money returned, and I should like to see better staff at Nedbank. Wonder what the minions would have said had I asked "how would you feel if these lower life forms had removed money from YOUR account ?
