If you know whats good for you *DON'T GO FOR NEDBANK CAR INSURANCE*

1 star is even too much I Don't recommend Nedbank Car insurance to anyone they deserve 0 star for poor service . My car was taken to the Panel beater back in mid April 2024 and I have not yet received my car 🥺they dragged the process kept on sending emails to Nedbank insurance and their Complaints department but still I had to wait. now we are going back and forth they are refusing to pay for other parts for my car to be fully fixed ended up paying because I need to use my car. Now all of a sudden today 7 August 2024 they call me telling me that my car will be ready maybe next week I asked about the part they refused to pay and the agent told me that they won't refund me even though I bought the part myself and paid the panel beater
