If you are a victim of ***** involving Nedbank, then you are on your own

I lodged a ***** complaint with Nedbank on 20 February 2023, it was regarding an account that was opened in my name without my knowledge, and the account was used to take out a *****ulant loan with DirectAxis. The people I spoke to at the ***** department were very helpfull and friendly. However the forensic investigators and their supervisor assigned to my case is another story. Since I was given the investigator and her supervisors number, I have only been able to get in contact with the investigator once, and the supervisor I have never been able to reach, and I've tried both of them numerous times. The one time that I could get hold of the investigator, this was on 06 March 2023, she was blunt, bordering on rude, she informed me she has not started on my case yet and requested that I send them some more documents, wich I did about five minutes after ending our call. I assume she recieved the document because I never heard from her again. On 30 March 2023 I phoned the ***** department again, again they were friendly and helpfull, the person informed me that the investigator assigned to my case was on leave, and that she will get a new investigator assigned to my case and escalate the matter, she provided me with the name of the investigator but unfortunately did not give me their phone number, but she did say the investigator will contact me, which has not happend as of yet. The investigator from DirectAxis as also phoned me on numerous occasions and stated that she cant get hold of the Nedbank investigators in order for her to continue on her end. The level of service I have recieved so far from the investigating depart is appalling, its basically non existent. Based on my experience, I can tell you that this statement from website "Our purpose: To use our financial expertise to do good for individuals, families, businesses and society" is a blatant lie.
