If *********** was a bank it would be Nedbank

There was an unauthorised transaction on my wifes card on Sunday 25 April. I called Nedbank and they cancelled her card. I asked the consultant if my card will still work as we use the same account and he confirmed that it will. Monday 26 April 2021 i want to buy food and my card is also stopped. It is now 28 April 2021 i cannot buy food for my house as we still havent received our cards. Then on top of it all they charge me R298 for the two sets of cards wich i have only asked for one set to be stopped. I am beyond furious with this incompetency as i cannot buy food for my wife and kids. This is totally unacceptable
