Idiots working at Nedbank

I went all the way to the branch to fetch my new card today and they told me it's not expired????? So they won't issue me with a new one???????? I went ahead to use it at an atm and got a slip saying my card is expired and my deposits won't reflect until I get my new card. This is absolute bull****. A complete waste of my time as usual at Nedbank Fordsburg. I want this sorted out IMMEDIATELY.
