Idioitic Call Centre Agents

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>Im extremely frustrated just typing this complaint, Ive been put through to so many departments like almost 15. All i want to do is confirm cancellation of my policy. It is so simple, why do these agents not know the cancellation extension?</p> <p> </p> <p>Ive been told to call his number and that number, however I have received a letter from MFC Nedback with a contact number ********** 111 which I called. Then I googled MFC Call Center number even they could not assist.***?</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Lihle on the 24.03.2017 at 10.32 and she promised to send me a cancellation confirmation email, im still waiting!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Very quick to sign on but a nightmare to cancel!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to someone- a competent agent to call me and confirm that my MFC Vehicle Finance Assurance is cancelled and I refuse for the amount to be deducted as I was told by Lihle that it will not.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ensure someone calls me today.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
