IDENTITY THEFT ISSUES

i app**** for an amex card a long while ago, someone called me to talk terms and never called back, when i called to follow up i was put on hold for over 20mins only to be told they cant find my application anywhere. now i have started getting statements and messages about amex, I HOPE YOU HAVENT USED MY ID TO FACILITATE ANY CREDIT FOR ANOTHER PERSON AS THAT WILL GET YOUR OUTFIT SUED!!!
