**** ID USED TI OOEN AN ACCOUNT IN MY NAME

My ID document was used to open a Nedbank account My ID was not lost or ****** yet Nedbank opened an account in my name and whoever did this also took out a loan at Direct Axis and the money was paid into that account I now have to proof that it was not me They don’t bother to reply to emails I reported to ***** department and sent all documents they require but no response after two weeks Hiw did they do FICA process with **** documents
