I'd blocked

I have an account with Nedbank. Last Wednesday I received an SMS saying my Nedbank I'd is blocked. I went there to verify. The lady who helped me said she has escalated my quire to head office, she will call me back before six o'clock. I waited with no luck. On Tuesday this week I called them. I was told forensic is still busy with my account. I asked what could be the problem, I was told they are not sure. I'm not happy bcos I can't access my funds and I want to use it. It's totally not fair. As soon as they fix it m closing the account. M not happy it's not like I deposit thousands of money.
