pathetic customer service from the credit department, i app**** for credit card online and was approved and on the 12th May 2023 .i received an email saying my application has declined due to high risk credit score, but to my surprise my credit score is 673 .I then called the customer care finding out about the negative results of my applications. This is false information from the bank to say my credit score is high risk. REF ***
