I withdrew stained R100 note from Nedbank Mahwelereng ATM, treated like a ********.

On 26 Oct 2018 at 14:59 I withdrew R1750 at Nedbank (Mahwelereng) ATM, using my ABSA card. After the withdrawal, I did not request a slip. Immediately, I wanted to deposit - using the same ATM - the whole amount to another account (school fees). When I was depositing, the ATM rejected two R100 notes. I went to the branch, spoke to Lesiba Seboya who took the whole amount, put it on the machine to count the cash. The machine rejected only one note, he then asked for the withdrawal slip. I told him I did not request the slip, and he said there is no proof that the stained note comes from their ATM. On closer inspection, I realised that the rejected note has pink stains on it. I went to the branch manager Ms Kwena Kgomo who said I must bring proof that the note comes from their ATM. I am frustrated as I withdrew the money to pay the school fees, and Nedbank employees treated me like I am a ********. I still have the stained note, all I want is Nedbank to account and give me back my R100. Their employees need to understand that I am a law abiding citizen, I cannot claim that I got a stained note from their ATM and they simply jumped to say they do not have proof that it comes from their ATM. If I am a ********, I would use that note in ****a shops and not bother going to reputable bank. Nedbank need to investigate this matter and give written feedback and refund me R100, I will return the stained note to your bank.
