I wish all consultants can be as pleasant

I went to Durban Central Ned-bank to apply for a personal loan. I was assisted by the lady named Sibongile Thusi and she was so helpful. She was welcoming and smiling and made my day in the bank seem lighter because when I got there my heart was heavy and was looking for help. I don't bank with Nedbank but with the service she gave me, Im considering migrating to this bank. I just wish her to continue helping us clients with the kind heart she showed me.
