I will not encourage anybody that I know to make business with Nedbank

Good morning November made arrangements with Nedbank Personal Loan Accounts cause of my financial status changed because of my husband working for SAA, we are trying to pay some of our debts before the worse can happen. That's when I made arrangements with them which they agreed. From February they've been deducting more than the agreement and putting my profile on bad review. When I call them they say they fixing it but keeping on deducting every time and telling me I have to wait 48hours but when they deduct its only few hours. As I am typing this email I don't have electricity because I don't have money and I cannot pay my phone from February till today. Who must pay for my unpaid debts and my charges on my account, they have made my situation worse than before. I spoke to one of the consultants by the name of Sethu she was cold as icequeen. I email the February statement as they requested by them but still not fixed. What must I feed my kids? coming to work? My rates and taxes? I had to borrow money from people that now I cannot pay? What must I do? Can anybody assist me.

The service is a **** service no respect for my right as customer/client. They are worse than loansharks. Now I have to go loan sharks to make means of feeding my kids and paying for people that I owe because of the **** service I get from Nedbank Personal Loan.

They keep on calling me every month to make sure that I stick to my agrements when they cannot stick to the agreement?

I regret and curse the day I did business with Nedbank.
