I will never do business with Nedbank again

It is a nightmare having to speak to Nedbank. Just for a settlement amount. and that Nomsa from the debt review department has no customer service at all.

She does not know how to speak to Customers. You are very quick to add judgements and defaults but when I call for the settlement you can not assist. I know of many people that experienced the same thing with Nedbank. hence the reason why in my family we would rather do business with any other bank but not with Nedbank.
