I was under debt review and they stopped Making payments. You hand me over to Norton Lambriano attorneys. They send me a settlement letter, which I pay in full on the 25th of June. I proceed to call Nedbank today for a paid up letter. They tell me the account is closed and they can't help me, I must ask Norton Lambriano for the paid up letter. Who funny enough also can't help me apparently. Then tonight Nedbank sends me a statement saying I still owe money? You can absolutely forget about getting another cent from me due to your incompetence.
