I was charged Hon fee * 5 for the transactions i paid for

Good day

I was chatting to Nosipho and then Andile with no help at all and i was ditched with mo conclusion.

I was charged hon fee for 5 transactions that i paid for, i have proof from nedbank saying my balance is this much but now where does the hon fee comes in if i paid for my transaction.

I have been communication with agents on my app but no help at all, i took screenshots which i will provide to the bank. I cant be typing the same thing over and over again.

Please lets solve this so that i can bring my account up to date
