I wanted to pay off my nedbank loan

In december january I asked my wife to contact nedbank and ask for a settlement, of which they would not give to her. I had the money waiting to pay this account off, I emailed nedbank loans, yet not one person has called me back, then end of january 2015 they took a double debit off, of which I told my wife to go to the bank and reverse one of them, only for them to get an outside company to contact me saying my account is in arrears!! I got mad and irrated and told the lady to contact my wife cos as far as I am concerned they can stick there loan, as I offered to pay them off, and now this outside company that phoned me I can't even find them on google yet nedbank had given all my details to them, no wonder there is so much *****, I ask that nedbank contact my wife as half my time I work in a buusy and noisy toolroom and press shop, so in future I have given authorisation to my wife and I do not want to speak to another person at nedbank, I hope I have made myself clear for the numerous time
