I want to know the payment that appears on my bank statement what is the account number the money was payed to from Nedbank

I've been trying to get assistance from nedbank today but they're failing me, I need proof of payment for a payment I made earlier this year and it appears on my bank statement but I've been told nedbank won't be able to assist me because it was a "Payshap" transaction from my Nedbank account a FNB account and they won't be able to tell me where my money went.

All I need to know which account did my money go to because it doesn't appear on the recipient but appears on my bank statement that money went out but does.

Where did my money go to?? Nedbank do better a consultant can not tell me there is nothing they can do to trace my money and now I got a reference *** after making several attempts.
