I want my status to be updated on itc listing

I want nedbank to clear my name on ITC listing,I received paidup letters from the attorneys you handed my accounts in.i was then advised that I should contact nedbank for my status to be updated on ITC listing.this is not happening,instead I get transferred from one consultant to the other.....these are the numbers I've been told to call but non of them is helping...***&***&***&.can somebody clear my name and forward me proof that I'm now cleared..that's all I'm asking for!!!
