I want my Rufund with immediate effect

Nedbank has failed me once again and here is why: I took out a loan in 2020, it was approved and recieved the money that i had requested. I made payment for about 7-8 months and then I could no longer make payments because i lost my job due to Covid-19. I was Jobless from September 2020 until I found a job in July 2022. As soon as i got the job, I went to a Nedbank branch in Durban CBD, I explained to the consultant that i got a job but i will start to make regular payments as of December reason being the money that i will be paid is enough to only cover my transport. The lady helped me out and we sorted everything out. She reassured me that as I have made an agreement with the lawyers that i would start paying in December. In August, the lawyers deducted R111 from my bank Account, I was annoyed but i let it go because it wasn't that much of a big deal but in September they deduct R1369 from my account. I wasn't told anything. Since 1 October, I have called Nedbank Customer Service, the lawyers and other toll free numbers to request a refund of R1000. I speak to a lot of different agents to tell my different things, they are absolutely rude, they hung up on me more than 3 times. Because of this money being taken out, I haven't been able to go tp work, because i haven't been to work in such a long time, I lost my job yesterday 20 October thanks to Nedbank and their Attorneys. It has been more than 14 working days but i still have not recieved a refund. I hope that Nedbank is happy that i lost my job and won't be able to Make minimum payments as I had agreed as I am no longer employed.
