I WANT MY REFUND AND CANCEL YOUR INSURANCE

Mfc is Kaak insurance they added insurance to my vehicle installment without me acknowledging it they are debiting way more than what they should be debiting the last month they requested my proof of insurance so that they can cancel the insurance I did just that but I'm still waiting for my refund this month they do the same when one buys a car it doesn't even go out of the dealership without insurance what is this nonsense they are doing, this is very inconvenient and they as they please on peoples bank accounts whenever they want to with their rude consultants I want my refund and cancel your insurance how did I get out of the dealership with a car without insurance
