I want my R1000 back

What happened recently with Nedbank is that I have an account with them. I had a R1000 which just vanished out of my account and when I call them they say it’s Netflix which has taken that money and I have already paid Netflix and when I called Netflix the told me that they didn’t over charge me because my account with them is paid. And Nedbank can not send me a statement which shows where did the money go as it is not reflecting on my transaction list the whereabouts of the money
