I want my paid up letter!

I have been trying to get through to Nedbank debt resolutions division as I need a paid up letter for an account I settled. I stay on the line waiting for up to an hour with no answer or my line just keeps going dead. There is no email or anyway to yet hold of this division and their turn around time is poor, yet they are great at hounding u for payment but when u make payment they don't want to answer your calls.
