I want my money nedbank

Im hurt and furiuos about what nedbank is doing to me. I have an old acc which i was using long time ago which i complaint about high bank chrges so the teller changed it for me and gv me a better one which im now using, now i have 2 accounts with nedbank the old and the new active account. I claimed at sars then sars refunded me with the amount and transfered it to the old account which is about to be closed b4 i changed the banking details. Now nedbank consultants are not able to transfere my money to the active account i went to bethal nedbank branch on the 5 of july 2021 didnt get help after khabo the consultant tried by all means to help me tried to call everyone bt was unable to get help she ended up telling me that she will call me when she got hold of the specialist im still waiting.How on earth am i supposed to get my money from my old acc to active acc? Because no one seem to know how to do anything around nedbank i want my money im not ok because with nedbank i cant have an app,cellphone banking,internet banking etc i only withdraw the funds and during these days who does that i cant even buy airtime i just cant get help of any of the above yoooooòh im furious
