I want my money nedbank

Hi Nedbank

On the 25/07/2020 I deposited an amount of R1500.00 to my Pay as you use account then later the same day I tried to purchase electricity using the money app but I failed, then tonight I tried to withdraw from my account bank the atm said I have exceeded my daily limit but now when I check on my Pay as you use account the balance is 00.09 please explain where is my money or should I close this useless account.
