I want my money

You very lucky to get one star from me, Two months into the relationship I have with you, things have gotten sour. I opened a business account with you. and instead of doing your work you decide to ***** me on my ass with my money. I opened a business account with all the correct documents, but you decided to use my name on the bank confirmation letter which I generate on your system, and when the client pays the money, you send it back and now I have to suffer because of your incompetence. I have spent days on the phone with you. you cant even call me or let alone email me. I am very disappointed. can I please have my money? I can't believe that you are sharpening your teeth for my money that I worked hard for, I am not a product of the loans you give to your friends. please sort this out or give me a call immediately.
