I WANT MY MONEY!!!

I am a cliemt of nedbank for many years already but this is just rediculous. I deposited a large sum of cash into my credit card account at the ATM on 5 September 2021. After an insane amount of enquieries and referance numbers. Never mind the hours of explaining my delema to numerous people. All they can say is that they see the deposit and its under investigation. Nobody can tell me where my money is or why its still not reflecting in my account after 21 days. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!
