I want my money back from nedbank

On the 26 November I made an online purchase on my account from my knowledge it went through successfully

7,Dec I check my app and notice I have an overdraft of 300something, 600something funds were deposited into my account I was left with 200something.

Called Nedbank and they said they would call me back then this morning I wake up to another overdraft of 100something because of the honfee

Downloaded my statement and found that the online purchase I did in November only reflects on the 4 December which is not my problem because I have proof of the purchase ...I want my money back my account shouldn't be In an overdraft...
