I want my money back - all of it

The worst company, if you can call them that. My kitchen flooded because of a burst water pipe, the plumber was appointed but couldn't do anything before the cupboards had been removed - the entire weekend!!! Then, eventually after the cupboard were removed, the pipe was fixed. Now everything is standing and nobody calls, nobody keeps you in the loupe, when you call they keep you on the line for more than 10 minutes supposedly getting behind things - yes, HIDING behind their stupidity and idiocy. Useless bunch of sods! I insist on getting all my insurance money back and will then do the job myself.
