I want my money back !!!!!

I’ve been waiting for over 2weeks to get feedback on why my account was debited . Left several messages with Portia Manqina still nothing!!!!!!

After getting settlement letter that was valid for 7 working days my account was debited as usual on the 28/02

I then called in to check if it’s still possible to pay the settlement and the lady advised me and worked me through how to pay and what was the balance

My account was then bebited again on the 30/03 I called to enquire and Portia Maqina (team leader at customer care turns out she’s just a consultant ) said they would investigate and get back to me .

I called 8/04 Portia no where to be found and left a message for her to call me she still hasn’t
