What a terrible bank with bad service and not only that but you are ******* ... It has never been pleasure, even after paying off the loan you still debited my account. Your consultants are also trained to lie. They are rude and provide no feedback.. I want my money that you stole. I paid off your loan. How do you give a person a settlement letter then debit the account. It's been 2 months now and no feedback... I called the bank on the 24th of February trying to get feedback and was promised a call back it the 1st of March and still no word...
