I want my money

I have a complain with Nedbank since I've logged a call regarding money I transfered into Mobi money wallet on the 23rd of December 2025, my money was supposed to be transfered on the 2nd of January, was told that I have to wait 5days and 48hours to be transfered, nothing has been done, everyday I speak with different agents taking me back and fourth even spoke with complaint agents and team leaders but still nothing has been done still waiting even now. I'm so disappointed with their call center I've been using Nedbank since 2009 I've never came across such problem, I'm all stressed and they seem not to care I've told them this money is for School uniform and stationery but still no help.
