I want my money

I'm so angry with nedbank its been over 27 days since I reported that my card was ****** and the perpetrator used my cards 11 times taping no one has ever got back to me, I asked for card replacement even today I didn't get it my account it's still blocked theres money coming in in my account but I can't use it ,what kind of a bank is this it's so useless I'm writing here on hello per for the 3rd time I think I need to drag this nedbank to Twitter now maybe they will assist because I want my money that was used by those perpetrators because fault it's on their side how can one block account on the app but people still able to use the card!!! I'm so angry ***
