I want my homeloan statement, is it too much to ask?

I am fed up with Nedbank and their stupid authentication message. All I want is my homeloan statement. I don't understand why I don't get it in my email like all other banks do. And then I call and they send me the so called authentication email that never arrives and puts me on hold for hours for a manual authentication. All I want to know is how much I owe cos I wanna pay them and never use them again. Nxa
