I WANT MY DEBIT ORDER CANCELLED

I am so sick and tired of Nedbank always *****ing up my debit orders!!! <br> <br> I skipped my payment of my Personal loan in December due to a mistake on their side and made the payment arrangement for the a debit order of R1800.00 (R1200.00 + R600.00) to be deducted from my account for two months until my account is up to date. They deducted R3600.00!!!! Double the payment. I called and arranged for a refund, they refunded the R1800.00 only to deduct the R600.00 AGAIN!!! The staff of collection are so arrogant and always have something to say back, instead of being helpful as this is Nedbank's mistake and not MINE!!! I want my debit order cancelled so that I can pay via EFT so that I know you guys cannot **** up anymore of the payments because I know that next month I am going to have this fight again, as this isn't the first time they have done this!!!! <br> <br> GET YOUR **** IN ORDER NEDBANK!!!!
