I want my 400 Rand

This company had system issues with their ATMs and I have made several attempts to speak to them with no response. I made cash back for myself and and when I withdraw it the ATM went off. I called immediately and advise them and the advisors where not helpful as they dropped the line on me. I emailed them with no constructive response just blank emails. I want my 400 rand I work so hard to be bul**** by this company with my money. I am leaving Nedbank and would never recommend anyone to use this bank. Such bad service.
