I want money back ****mers

I regret the day I joined this bank honestly! Day before yesterday I got paid to my surprise they took R1200 from my account when I call them they tell me I had pending payment, from groceries that I bought but the funny thing is when I made the grocery money went off and that money can’t be reversed so nje! I want my money back and this bank can go to hell, they are ****mers and to my surprise I’m not the only customer that’s complaining about their ****s!
