I WANT A REVERSAL ON MY VOUCH PURCHASE

Absolutely disgusted with the behavior of Nedbank!!!! i bought a voucher on the Nedbank money app and went of my account but check it wasn't at "history " i contact them via phone calls and the app and no feedback what can i do ?
