I waited a few minutes at the door of Nedbank in Bethlehem of which there were no assistance

I waited a few minutes at the door of Nedbank in Bethlehem of which there were no assistance.I didnt receive a ticket after I tried to wait infront.I also did not received a ticket and waited almost 1hour when the consuktant insisted me to wait,however only to find out that 3 people were helped before me.
