I've been battling for 8 days to get my own money

Each day it's a different excuse as to why they can't release my own money they have been giving me the run around for the last week and everyday I have to go back to the branch all the way from athlone to redo the payment each time I get proof of payment the money just gets reversed back into the account and nobody can explain the reason I have gone into the bank everyday since the 12th to get my money released I needed the money urgently each day they have delayed releasing my money has cost me penalties as well as loss of income to stay out of work etc the money still hasn't been released since when does it take 6 days to get your own cash money out of the bank and having to visit the bank every single day with no success apparently the manager of the bank is ellenor stemers who still hasn't contacted me do banks now play for time to hold on to your money so they can gain profits I would not. Recommend anyone to bank a large sum of money with Nedbank ever and there is absolutely no customer service whatsoever I'm am so ****ed off because due to nedbanks **** I have lost out on a very good business deal who the hell is going to compensateisitmyproblemforhavingcashinwrongbank
