I used to have an account and HOMELOAN with them. Due to unforeseen circumstances my payments fell behind and they wanted to repossess for less than the outstanding balance. I sold for more than that. Suddenly there was an account of more than a R100000 that I had to pay. This was not possible and I was sequestrated in March 2014, finalised Jan 2018. Suddenly in 2023 Nudebt started harassing me virtually daily to pay an unstated amount. Seeing that this was actioned in the sequestration there is no reason for this. Various people phoned with no knowledge of previous phone calls. The fact that I haven't had any communication from NEDBANK since before 2014 the fact that they are doing this goes against POPIA and other acts. Especially against the finding of the Master as well.
