I took up a loan with Nedbank and decided against it shortly after it was paid out into my account. I returned the money within 48 hours and at this stage the consultant I dealt with was not interested in helping me with much because I had cost her a sale so I was calling the Call center numerous times to ensure the money was received and that there would be no charges. The consultants I spoke to told me that I'm given 5 days to change my mind, return the money with no implications. I returned every cent. To my horror, I was debited almost 2k by Nedbank at the end of this month. If the consultants had informed me of this I would have no problem with it but after enquiring about this and being informed that I would be good to go after returning the money, this is unacceptable.
