I took a personal loan of R10 000 from Nedbank last year

I took a personal loan of R10 000 from Nedbank last year. I know there was an interest fee of 12percent. In addition to the interest fee I am getting charged a fee of R1131. 29 every month plus assurance and Admin fee separate. I have been paying these amounts since October but I'm still being told that I've got 4 remaining installments which doesn't make sense. App shows that remaining balance is 2700 and that's a installment for 2 months. where the other 2 installments coming from
