I had a huge misunderstanding made, and results to a confusion between me and the bank. I thank God for the employees of Nedbank Rockland should have is the branch manager Mr Paul Tondi. The humble person who really mediated in a good humour, great personality and with good customer care. Very professional, and with good leadership style. I am really humbled as he used his car to assist us, and never had any complaints. GOD BLESS YOU.
