I need someone to give me an explanation why do you feel it's ok to debit on my account for my personal loan prior to the agreed payment date as per my contract with you. I opted out when I received an sms informing me that y'all will debit on the 23. I opt out to keep my original payment date. I am therefore surprised that a debit was made after I had opted to retain this date. Tomorrow is a public holiday, a day to spend with family. However, what must happen now cause y'all decided to take my money. I require an immediate refund and would like to adhere to my payment date.
