I regret the day I invested these funds with Nedbank

I invested the funds via app in September and I was asked when do I want a payout to be, I indicated that it should be the 6th Jan 2022,on the 6th Jan only interest was paid out, now they want me to take a loan which will charge me interest instead of getting my money. My child is not going to enroll because of this.
