I regret opening a business account

So I went to Alberton Nedbank on the 19th of November to open a business account and I was assisted by Nonhlanhla who told me that I will be contacted by her to inform me to make a deposit into the account once its activate. I made a payment on the 22nd of November and never got a call from her or my account papers. I called her on the 25th to find out what was going on she told me that she will check and get back to me. I called her again today the 28th since i was still waiting for feedback amd she tells me someone was suppose to call me and she will check. Still no communication from her. Now I need my account details and card and nothing. No feedback at all
