I regret going with Nedbank

So I was charged for three cards and I only have two cards from nedbank. I was supposed to get a refund and I was promised 3 days and the money will be in my account. Guess what its more that 2 weeks and still I dont have the refund in my account. Im ever sorry I left capitec for nedbank.
