I recently get a transaction message to say money has left my account to Uber, that I'm driving

I recently get a transaction message to say money has left my account to Uber, that I'm driving. I contact nedbank to tell them my account is compromised. Next thing I'm being told to fill in a form and I'll be charged R150, all I asked for is them to reverse my money, I'm being told stories. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, last time I was ****med R660 and I was told to pay R450 to reverse it. Imagine. It's more like Nedbank gives you the middle finger when you are in danger. This is frustrating and thinking of switching to another bank coz wow
